Amanda Rivera works on commercial real estate transactions in the Real Estate and Financing Transactions practice groups. Ms. Rivera has over 20 years of diverse and extensive experience with all aspects of real estate transactions, having worked directly for banks, developers, investors, title companies, and law firms, with most of her experience concentrated on the financing of commercial real estate and other asset-based lending transactions.
