Micah McBride, Partner
Micah McBride advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings and reorganizations, conversions, private offerings, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, financing transactions, and other transactional matters. Mr. McBride serves as outside general counsel for a wide variety of companies, manages a range of legal issues and tailors legal strategy to support each client’s business goals and objectives. He also serves as lead counsel in negotiating and documenting an array of corporate, real estate, financing, and other transactional matters. Mr. McBride advises clients in technology, energy, commercial services, manufacturing, marketing and advertising, construction, real-estate development, banking and finance, and healthcare. A fluent Spanish speaker, Micah enjoys working with Spanish-speaking clients in both domestic and international transactions.
