Daniels, Cassidy

Cassidy Daniels is an attorney in the firm’s Disputes and Litigation Group. She represents individuals and businesses in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving a variety of commercial matter, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud disputes.  Her experience includes disputes between partners, shareholders, and other business owners; real property disputes; deceptive trade practice claims; and claims arising from non-competition and employment agreements.

Baskin, Carol R.

Carol Baskin, an estate planning attorney, has practiced law since 1985.  She has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and probate and advises clients on a variety of issues including the preparation of wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, estate planning for blended families, tax planning to avoid estate taxes, intergenerational transfers of business interests, gifting techniques, utilizing limited partnerships and limited liability companies for estate planning and business purposes, charitable gifting, and the preparation of premarital agreements to protect and preserve family wealth. Ms. Baskin also helps families with probate issues after the loss of a loved one.

Rosenthal, Robert A.

Chairman of the firm’s Financing Transactions and Real Estate practice groups, Bobby Rosenthal practiced real estate, banking and finance law since 1985. As a real estate attorney, Mr. Rosenthal offers clients extensive experience in commercial real estate, lending and other public finance matters, advising developers, investors, and non-profit institutions in the purchase, sale, lease, finance, development and improvement of commercial real estate. Mr. Rosenthal also represents regional, national and international financial institutions with loan transactions. 

Mr. Rosenthal has counseled owners of large retail and industrial parks in sales and zoning matter and represented sellers and purchasers of office building, business and industrial parks, and other commercial properties. He represents landlords and tenants in office, retail and warehouse leasing, as well as institutional lenders in real-estate and asset-based loan transactions. Mr. Rosenthal also advises banks in the disposition of real estate assets and has extensive experience structuring loan workouts on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
