Samantha Rodriguez is a partner in our Business & Corporate Transactions, Estate Planning and Taxation practice groups, assisting clients with their corporate and business succession planning. Ms. Rodriguez’s practice focuses on developing long term relationships with clients allowing her to advise them through initial organization, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, expansion through debt financing or equity investment, and eventual sale or merger. Her expertise in corporate and tax law allows her to assist clients in structuring the ownership of their businesses and corporate transactions in a tax efficient manner.
