Cassidy Daniels, Partner
Cassidy Daniels is an attorney in the firm’s Disputes and Litigation Group. She represents individuals and businesses in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving a variety of commercial matter, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud disputes. Her experience includes disputes between partners, shareholders, and other business owners; real property disputes; deceptive trade practice claims; and claims arising from non-competition and employment agreements.
