Ruth Kelleher Agather is a native of San Antonio, Texas, and has practiced law in Central and South Texas since 1988. Ms. Agather’s practice concentrates primarily on real estate and general business transactions, including purchases and sales of commercial and farm and ranch properties; leasing; financing; development and land use; and construction matters. Maintaining an extensive network of professional contacts which she’s developed over the years is one method by which Ms. Agather assists clients in achieving their goals.

Ms. Agather formerly served as Staff Counsel to the Texas Senate Office of Bill Analysis, but, in her private practice, she provides advice to a wide array of clients ranging from small business owners, ranchers, real estate developers, and entrepreneurs to larger companies that operate in the fields of medicine, communications, engineering, transportation and entertainment and lodging.
